This three building 21,515 square foot condo complex was constructed on a plot of land donated by the city of Wayland, MA. The land, in it's fomer life, hosted a Nike Missle site constructed to protect the eastern seaboard from enemy attack, but will now host three new condo complexes with upscale ammentities such as high end cabnitery, granite counter tops, upscaled paints, and exstensive wood moldings. The project was completed in March of 2009.
