		During the Spring of 2001, Pilot Construction, Inc. began building a luxury apartment complex in Manchester, NH. Consisting of three buildings, the community was comprised of two apartment buildings, a community center and a swimming pool. A total of 132 units were divided between 75 and 57 unit structures.
