Constructed at the intersection of Route 4 and Technology Drive in North Chelmsford, MA. this one hundred eight unit Princeton Commons project consists of two thirty-unit buildings, two twenty-four unit buildings, and a split level stand alone clubhouse. The thirteen month project began in late July 2006 and was completed in August of 2007.
