		Construction of this 67-unit luxury condominium project began during November, 2005, and is located in one of the last secluded, private areas on the banks of the Merrimack River in Manchester, NH. The 700-foot long building features garage-under parking with two elevators servicing the three floors above. Interior finishes include granite counter tops, gas fire places and hardwood floors.
