PENACOOK VILLAGE APARTMENTS Phase I / II Penacook, NH
		Phase I Pilot Construction completed the first phase of construction on the Penacook Village Apartments. The complex consists of 3 buildings containing 30 units each and a community building with a swimming pool. A second phase with 2 more buildings began in mid-August 2002. 		Phase II Identical to the three buildings that Pilot completed in July, 2000, two more have been added. Each building contains 30 additional units.
