Fifty-one condominium units are being constructed as Phase I of Emerald Court. Additionally, the future Phase II foundation is being simultaneously constructed, allowing for an additional thirty-six units, forming a T-shaped building. Two elevators in Phase I provide access to the underground parking garage and three floors above. The luxury units have nine-foot ceilings and upscale amenities which include granite counter tops, ceramic tile and soaking tubs. A common area located on the ground floor features a gathering room with kitchen facilities, an exercise room and a library.
