The Club At Meadowbrook Condominium complex is comprised of three 40-unit buildings and a separate clubhouse. Each four- story building has garage-under parking and a centrally located elevator. The luxury units have nine-foot ceilings and upscale amenities which include granite counter tops, ceramic tile and soaking tubs. The clubhouse features a gathering room with kitchen facilities, an exercise room and sun porch. Construction began during April, 2004.
