		Construction of Carlton Oaks Apartments began during June, 2003. The 112 unit project consists of two buildings and a swimming pool with a gazebo-style pool house. Designed by Pilot Construction, Inc., each garden-style building contains one and two bedroom units. Occupancy occurred during June, 2004.
