Located on 903 Providence Place in Providence, RI, this project involves a wide variety of major exterior renovations. The building was constructed in 2003 and has shown serious defects over the last couple of years. Its 330 units are laid out in a four story high structure with interior courtyards. the installation of a proper gutter system, EIFS repairs, masonry and associated coulking are among the most important modifications on the list. This project is currently active and scheduled to be completed January 2012.
