The Town of Hampton chose to move their offices into a former bank, thereby creating the first drive-through town offices in the state of New Hampshire. Pilot Construction needed to completely renovate the building’s interior within the Town of Hampton’s time constraints and budget needs.
The 3-story, marble veneer structure has metal and wood framing with a built-up roof. The interior needed extensive remodeling including new ceilings, partial removal of a staircase and the creation of media and conference rooms downstairs. Pilot also coordinated local needs such as the installation of TV studio space in the media room.
