Renovations were performed on an existing six-story elderly housing building in Portsmouth, NH. All existing aluminum windows were replaced with energy efficient vinyl sliding windows. Pilot Construction, Inc. demonstrated a high level of coordination, being sensitive to residents' needs, as all units were occupied during construction.
