Located in Pease Tradeport, Pilot Construction renovated this former 20-unit hotel building into a classroom facility for the University of New Hampshire’s College for Lifelong Learning. The 9000 square foot structure’s finished features include classrooms, offices, and a convention area. The brick veneer building has a metal and wood framing and a trussed roof.
The remodeling included a complete renovation of the interior to accommodate the building’s new function. Exterior site work included new parking lots, lighting and landscaping. Despite a one month delay due to lease agreement issues, Pilot Construction met the owner’s completion schedule
